Cooking by the (Cook) Book: Whole 30
Whole30 is a month long clean eating program developed by Dallas and Melissa Hartwig. The program aims to reshape your relationship with food. It’s about learning to enjoy whole, clean, simple foods that fuel your body. Participants will prepare and sample recipes so bring your appetite! Please bring containers for your leftovers. Menu: seared salmon benedict, grilled coconut-curry chicken, cauliflower rice, and balsamic roasted sweet potatoes and Brussel sprouts. Enrollment deadline: September 15. Minimum enrollment: 5, Max: 12.
