Sheryl Klocker, President
Hi my name is Sheryl Klocker, and I am blessed to have been elected by my peers as your chamber of Commerce President. After having served 2 terms as a City Council member, this position seemed like a natural progression. I have lived in Sundance since I moved here as a teenager in 1977. I have watched this community grow and thrive and I am honored to have had a part in this endeavor. My husband Denis and I have raised a fine family of three daughters, all of whom graduated from school right here in Sundance. We have successfully built two thriving businesses here and are proud to call this fine little community home for more than 35 years.

In 2016, he started Illustra Advisory, LLC a consulting firm focused on small businesses facing challenges with people, processes or overall organizational effectiveness. He and his wife, Dr. Janie Hett, also own Peak Motion Physical Therapy in Sundance and Spearfish, and Peak Motion Fitness in Sundance. “It’s an exciting and exceptionally challenging time to be a business owner in America. Businesses must remain vigilant and flexible to survive. The Chamber should be a place where businesses of all sizes and industries can work together to improve net opportunity in Sundance, while shaping a community business environment built solidly on the values we hold dear. I look forward to serving as your Chamber VP.”
